I know, I KNOOOOWWWW, it doesn't look as good as it should DX perspective is overdone a little bit, but I swear I worked on it==; the pavement looks off for me DX same goes for the river. but I like the clouds XDDD those were done using [aquasixio's] clouds tutorial^^'

generally, AS USUAL, I liked it better as a lineart. I need to get my hands on ANY painting software, maybe then my digitals would look better ;_;
not sure if I'll post it anywhere outside LJ. what do you think??

naaah not yet^^; I can't get to see her online sooo... not yet^^; and I have only 2 written yet, so not much to show^^'

in my opinion, we artists (yes, YOU are an artist too) are blessed with certain talets to develop them, and we can do so only when others help us, by judging our works. so no development is possible when you hide your work^^; it's complicated, I can't word in any other way==; but true, some of our works SHOULDN"T be shown to public XDDD

yeah, I think I'll lock posts containing them. because, hmmm... I'd first like to hear opinion of people who have a slightest clue about what i'm trying to say, not some passerbys (hahaha no worries, i can understand^^ it's her story after all, she's the VIP XDDD)

I still say that being a good drawer is much higher on the artist scale than being a writer. And you need very good arguments if you will succeed in changing me on that point XD
And yes, we need people judging our works, that's true. If it weren't just so scary showing them... ^^;

So, having said that, comments on the new version of your work: I don't think the perspective is all that bad. The pavement is mostly off only if you imagine it as if it should be a perfectly horizontal area, and who says a paved street or square is that? They could just as well be standing on a slope. And the little of the river that's visible I can't se anything wrong with. (I actually never saw it as a river on the first pic, I just thought it was some sort of fence splitting up a big square. So you see, coloring DO has its uses sometimes ^^ If you ask me, I still vote for getting to see both the lineart and the colored version of your works. Yeah, I'm greedy XDDD)

At first I was a little disturbed by the "new" woman (who when I look closely at the first screenshot seem to have been there all the time ^^;), but then I realized that the drawing is supposed to be a photo snapshot and then her inclusion makes sense, and actually make it more realistic XDD You're smart in setting up your scenes!

You know, that's another thing with "only" being a writer. It feels so wrong giving critique and comments on drawings that small flaws or not are SO much better than anything I ever could accomplish if I even dared to try ^^;;

my argument? we drawers produce many pictures after reading your writer's stories. while making up something by just looking at the picture is much harder task. so all in all, you need much bigger imagination that we^^;

the problem is, it was supposed to be flat^^; but I set vanishing poits too close to each other so it looks deformed^^;
hahaha yeah it is a river, even if a small one^^; but is till looks poor compared to what I wanted to achieve ;( lineart?? hmmm maybe I'll post it sometime XDD

that's true, but I value every opinion^^ you are the writer, so for you mood and settings are important. that's what I'd like to work on when I hear your point of view^^ so you're not as useless as you think you are XDD
