I know, I KNOOOOWWWW, it doesn't look as good as it should DX perspective is overdone a little bit, but I swear I worked on it==; the pavement looks off for me DX same goes for the river. but I like the clouds XDDD those were done using [aquasixio's] clouds tutorial^^'

generally, AS USUAL, I liked it better as a lineart. I need to get my hands on ANY painting software, maybe then my digitals would look better ;_;
not sure if I'll post it anywhere outside LJ. what do you think??

You know, every time I get to see these characters of yours I get more and more intrigued over who they are. Because pics like this clearly seem to have a story hidden behind them. and don't you dare stop showing them just because I said that! XD Even without the storyline they're good and very enjoyable ^^

well I say it's crap because:
1. english is not my first language
2. my vocabulary is poor
3. YOU are one of writers I admire so STFU XDDD
4. I have never written anything

so duh. I may post them. but nobody would be interested because:
1. those are drabbles, means no particular story told yet
2. my story, means it'd be BOOORIIING
3. fluff. who enjoys fluff these days??
4. ed/win al/mei royai fluff. het fluff

really, if you find ANY arguments that will convince me to post them, I will. for no, NO WAY

1. may I remind you that english isn't my first language either...
2. not as poor as you think, I'm sure. And as you talented artists always say when it comes to drawing. Practice is good. Ha! ^^

The second set of 1-4s I really can relate to. Because the first two is very much a description of my writings too ^^; If you have ever wondered why I never post any original stories, it's because every time I try to make something it sucks. Boring is the word. And no really good story ideas ^^;; Using others characters and story settings is easier, that's why I'm stuck writing fanfic drabbles (and whatever my writings misusing miz's C4 charas count as - authorized fanfics? XD)

And don't underestimate the value of fluff! Even if I must admit it's maybe not the most popular fanfic stories nowadays. But who wants to be popular anyway? XD (You know, my audience is mostly you and the rest of my very limited group of victims on my LJ friendslist ^^; My fics are only a pathetic attempt to entertain the people I like (some of which can draw gorgeous things, which in my opinion is MUCH more of a real talent!), and myself ^^;;)

Maybe not so much of good arguments ^^; But that's only because I really don't want you to show anything if you don't want to. As I said I can easily relate to how you feel ^^ And I would feel really bad if I even as much as suspected that I had forced you to do it ^^;;

The architect in you showing, maybe? XDDD In any case, I like it! The church and the houses make for a good believable scene (don't know how to express it better. Sorry ^^;)

hmmmm you're right. making up your characters and story is difficult. and then presenting it even more, because your audience cannot relate to it. when you're using someone's characters, adjusting to certain settings and scenes is easier (authorized fics - LOL of the day XDDD when will there be more??^^;)

haha yeah, popularity is not an issue^^; although, I'd like people to enjoy my stuff. that's what prevents me from posting them. because I'm somehow... scared of rejection. and besides, nobody has ever read them so probably they'ye full of mistakes DX

*nods* everyone is scared of rejection. And not having english as first language kind of makes it harder, I know. That's why I don't post my fics outside my own LJ and site. So I know what you mean ^^;

Don't know about that. I have lots of stuff hidden veeery deep down, so ^^; Most of it for good reasons though.

And again, don't feel any pressure to show anything just because I (we?) want to see it. You shouldn't do it unless you really feel for it! We can wait for it XD Or you can always make it only for some people you can trust. (Speaking of limited audience, there exist more "authorized fics" than you have seen... but I can't show them to you, they are one-person-audience only ^^;;)

naaah not yet^^; I can't get to see her online sooo... not yet^^; and I have only 2 written yet, so not much to show^^'

in my opinion, we artists (yes, YOU are an artist too) are blessed with certain talets to develop them, and we can do so only when others help us, by judging our works. so no development is possible when you hide your work^^; it's complicated, I can't word in any other way==; but true, some of our works SHOULDN"T be shown to public XDDD

yeah, I think I'll lock posts containing them. because, hmmm... I'd first like to hear opinion of people who have a slightest clue about what i'm trying to say, not some passerbys (hahaha no worries, i can understand^^ it's her story after all, she's the VIP XDDD)

I still say that being a good drawer is much higher on the artist scale than being a writer. And you need very good arguments if you will succeed in changing me on that point XD
And yes, we need people judging our works, that's true. If it weren't just so scary showing them... ^^;

So, having said that, comments on the new version of your work: I don't think the perspective is all that bad. The pavement is mostly off only if you imagine it as if it should be a perfectly horizontal area, and who says a paved street or square is that? They could just as well be standing on a slope. And the little of the river that's visible I can't se anything wrong with. (I actually never saw it as a river on the first pic, I just thought it was some sort of fence splitting up a big square. So you see, coloring DO has its uses sometimes ^^ If you ask me, I still vote for getting to see both the lineart and the colored version of your works. Yeah, I'm greedy XDDD)

At first I was a little disturbed by the "new" woman (who when I look closely at the first screenshot seem to have been there all the time ^^;), but then I realized that the drawing is supposed to be a photo snapshot and then her inclusion makes sense, and actually make it more realistic XDD You're smart in setting up your scenes!

You know, that's another thing with "only" being a writer. It feels so wrong giving critique and comments on drawings that small flaws or not are SO much better than anything I ever could accomplish if I even dared to try ^^;;

my argument? we drawers produce many pictures after reading your writer's stories. while making up something by just looking at the picture is much harder task. so all in all, you need much bigger imagination that we^^;

the problem is, it was supposed to be flat^^; but I set vanishing poits too close to each other so it looks deformed^^;
hahaha yeah it is a river, even if a small one^^; but is till looks poor compared to what I wanted to achieve ;( lineart?? hmmm maybe I'll post it sometime XDD

oh, it wasn't our election day ^^; (we had ours last year, and most likely three years until next) It's just a weird hobby of mine to take those kinds of tests and see what I had been leaning towards if I had had the right to vote there ^^;; So don't feel sorry for not commenting on my sillyness. Focus on commenting on my way-too-rare drabble posts instead, my ego needs that XDDDD And no, you're a good friend spoiling people with drawings like you do ^^

But your election made a change, I noticed. And at least most of the rest of Europe seem to like that fact...

Well, it might make my studies worth my time, in a way I suppose, but sometimes I fear it's also made my look on the world damaged XD I can never look at politics like normal people do anymore. In my view, politics are more or less circus no matter who's ruling. But I admit that in your country's case it was a little more than most sometimes.

You mean I can get a finished version too of that one one day if I'm nice?! Hm, good motivational thing indeed! *loves his haircut drawing*
