True... But see, I like that Winry is more involved with the brothers now. It makes her character more likable... or something. I dunno. I hated Winry in the anime. XD;

I'm not saying I don't like it that she's in the middle of it all. it's great that finally she has some role (and I expect her to get even more significant one) but I mean that she has to see them suffering so much and because of that she suffers as well.
in the anime, Winry was kinda boring, being only in Resembool and waiting. in later eps, when she decided she wanted to help as well she was waaaaay cooler. but manga!win is just kickass XDD

Ah, right! Good point. Yeah, that's gotta be kind of hard on Winry. D: After losing her parents, the idea of losing her two best friends is probably scary. And she totally does. XD I loved how she dealt with Scar and everything. Totally awesome. ♥
