this time, mostly greys



did it thinking of the_gakushi because every time I draw this particular character at this particular point in her life, I think of what I owe Gakushi^^; sorry dear, I can't draw action that well yet to draw any more Dracman revolution^^; but this one was an interesting experience. just like makowe_pola said, working with dark tones is difficult>< hope you can enjoy my lame attempt at markers^^

I didn't see this on LJ, so I'll comment here. :D

I like the greys in this, there are a lot of them, obviously. I like the sword sheath, and the intense expression on the character's face. I'm not sure whether the character is male or female based on your commentary on the art, if she's female, I don't see a lot of obvious feminine aspects.

oh? weird, I crossposted it O_o oh well, thank you anyway for commenting^^ I actually used only 4 shades of grey, but they blend nicely so I can achieve more shades than 4^^;

the character is female, but she's only a child, that's why it's not obvious at first glance. and she's wearing rather thick clothes too^^;
