very bad day, unexpected news

so.... yesterday my boss told me I need to find a new job by the end of february, because due to the world crisis and bad luck of ou office, 2 big contracts broke and they have no job, nor money for so many people. so they're reducing employment. which also affects me and 2 other boys...... very nice news to break at the beginning of weekend, thank you boss><

it leaves me in a very tough situation because right now, most of architectural offices in Wroclaw don't HIRE people but FIRE them...... and I need a job... I need to fill in many documents and create a portfolio...

that said, I won't be posting much in this month... sharyamato, I won't be working on your commission either, I'm really sorry. I'm sorry to everyone, please keep your fingers crossed for me.. thanks....

What can I say... I wish I could help in some way, but I don't know what I could do more than keep my fingers crossed and hope that you succeed. I really hate feeling powerless in these situations! And knowing that you're not alone in this situation right now isn't very much comfort either. I know that too.

One thing though, don't say sorry to US. The last thing you need is to feel guilty for such things as well!

yeah, our branch suffers alot and it's not even OUR fault it's developers who freak out and don't want to push economics further but rather they back out:/ isn't your dad accidently lookig for helpers?^^'

Sorry about your job situation. Try to look on the bright side if you can. The boss didn't say "I'm firing your because you suck". It's just the economy everywhere. So you can probably use him as a reference in your job search. Try to look at it as an opportunity to move forward in your career. Something great will come along, I'm sure.
