so yeah, voting for ultimate GAR character of 4 past anime seasons starts tomorrow and will take 2 months. cool. I like this stuff. have voted for the previous one as well.
but why don't I like this saiGAR? just look at the tables. to be honest, I don't know many of those characters, because usually I watch 1, maybe 2 series per season. however, I am aware of some of them and thus will post some sentences about them:
group A
from this group I know only Yoko, emperror from CG, Boota, Balsa and Nozomu from ZS. it's not that bad, most of them would fit as GAR. but certainly not Nozomu DX nor Boota, he's a MOLE even if he had a few seconds in humanoid form><
group B
and the horror begins. L, Graham (g00), bruce (TTGL) - DARE?????, Leeron, Alucard, shirashi (Lucky star), November 11, Lockon (g00), Kino, Suzaku (CG)
UUUGGGHHHHHH >< I have no words for people's choices. L????? when was he GAR? he's a genious, alright. but GAR? let me explain, according to Urban Dictionary, GAR is a term used towards male characters and individuals who are so overwhelmingly manly that your own masculinity is absolutely *buried*, leaving you naught but a whimpering, swooning girl-child before them. done. no more, no less than that. so WHY THE HECK IS SOMEONE FROM LUCKU STAR HERE????????? I don't watch that series. it's only a bunch of schoolgirls, singing and frigging dancing! what is GAR in that? same for Suzaku. ok, he's a pilot of a cool mecha. so what? if he doesn't have balls to fight? Leeron? I adore the guy, he's cute and all, but he's..... he's...... GAAAHHH >< even Kino is like 100% more GAR than some of these guys, even though she's a GIRL with a talking motorbike XD
my votes will, go for Alucard, November, Graham and Kino. because I know them and I know they fit the description given above><

Firo. haven't seen Baccano, only heard a little bit. but... he's not GAR. he seems cute... and that's it...
Tybalt. oooohhh this one is good. great character of the most fucked up series of the year. and I feel sorry for him. but he'll get my vote.

Cornelia. same as Balsa or Kino, female, but KICKS ASS. literally XDD

all in all? I have my tips. I mean, tips that SHOULD win, not the ones that'll probably win. because people went wild and nuts and there are characters here that SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!! the purpouse of this competition is totally lost.
just one more thing. WHERE THE HECK IS THE MOST KICKASS FEMALE OF LAST YEAR????? WHERE IS BALALAIKA!!!!!! unless black lagoon wasn't allowed this year, Balalaika and Levy and Dutch should CERTAINLY be here
