while waiting for my department to asign me someone who'll review my diploma, I still use my time for pleasures^^ this time at home on my laptop, so I'll adjust some colors when I get back to wroclaw


thanks to knp01 for perspective and colors suggestion. I found nice references for drumming crashes and it's coming out nice in my opinion^^;;;

Not bad. Not bad at all! ^^
To be honest, there are two things that makes me wonder a little about the perspective: the rightmost (from my view) big drum and the top right crash. But please don't pay too my attention to my babbling, you're the perspectives master after all (not to mention you're the one who's been studying drum sets lately, not I ^^;), so it's probably right as it is. Just wanted to mention it just in case ^^;;

Your laptop is so modern it's running Vista?! Or is that a very good windows skin fooling me again? ^^;

hehehe the answer is very simple^^ those two top crashes are tilted a bit in direction of the drummer^^ you can see the scheme [here] (http://www.webweaver.nu/clipart/img/entertainment/music/drum-kit.jpg). that's why it looks like it's in a different perspective:)

I'm very good at fooling people XDDD I need to uninstall this skin because it's takng lots of my laptop's capacity:/

I ought to know that you very much know what you're doing XD You're just too good! You don't leave much for us to remark on ^^

So it was the skin again! Sheesh, fooled twice by the same thing ^^; But that skin looks very good (and since I have no real experience with vista, I guess I can't see eventual small differences if there are any XD) Skins like that are nice, but they do tend to take capacity! of course, you could just say that it in that adds to a realistic vista experience... XDDD That's why I stopped experimenting with those more advanced ones >< Now I just stick to my black half-official XP one instead.

no no no, there are always plenty things for you to spot^^ and I'm happy you pay attention to every detail^^ even if I do try to have at least basic knowledge of things I'm working on, other people's remarks are appreciated^^

Well, the skin do look flashy, so I can understand your reluctance to remove it XD And since it's still XP I suppose it looks flashy without having the oddities that is vista (judged from short in-store looks at it) which makes it even better.
I haven't happened to make any screenshot while having it black? Apparently not. My black variant is kind of nice, but if it's the same that you tried, I admit it is a little tricky to get to work. But not impossible in any way. And unlike the advanced skin programs this one's not stealing capacity ^^
