wow, you know what you were in your previous life? O_o that's unexpected. and thanks for the advice. I did apply some cooling creme and it helped, it doesn't hurt anymore. I suspect that I must've stretched muscles or tendons too much, that's why it was a bit stiff and hurt. but it's better now, thanks :D
